수소이용의 확대에 따라 수소 스테이션 등을 수용하기 위한 기준, 지침 등에 관한 기술 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 기술은 주로 사회실험을 통한 완성도를 높이고, 제도적으로 기준에 반영하는 것이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수소 설비가 집적된 스테이션에 저충격 가스계 소화노즐을 적용할 경우에 효과성을 평가하였다. 실험평가를 위한 장치를 구성하고, S-Type과 K-type 노즐을 채택하여 공간 내에 거리에 다른 소음 정도와 주파주 특성을 비교하였다. 이를 통해 S-Type의 경우 각 경우 별 소음 감소 영향이 미미하고 소음 수준도 기준을 상회함을 알 수 있었다. K-Type 노즐의 경우, 노즐 내경의 감소 비와 흐름방향 유도형상, 흡음재 등 사용을 통해 정해진 방출시간 이내, 기준치 이하의 방출 소음 성능을 충족함을 확인하여, K-Type 을 우선순위로 기준에 반영하는 방안을 모색하였다.
With the expansion of hydrogen use, the demand for technology regarding standards and guidelines for acceptance of hydrogen stations, etc. is increasing. It is becoming more important to improve the degree of completion of these technologies mainly through social experiments and to reflect them in the institutional standards. In this study, the effectiveness was evaluated when applying a low-impact gas-based fire extinguishing nozzle to a station where hydrogen facilities were integrated. A device for experimental evaluation was constructed, and different noise levels and frequency characteristics were compared at distances within the space by adopting S-Type and K-type nozzles. Through this, it was found that in the case of S-Type, the effect of noise reduction in each case was insignificant and the noise level exceeded the standard. In the case of the K-Type nozzle, it was confirmed that the reduction ratio of the nozzle inner diameter, the flow direction guide shape, and the use of sound-absorbing materials satisfies the emission noise performance below the standard value within the specified emission time.
