Abstract
본 논문은 지각된 가치가 적용된 관광 행동의도 정보를 이용한 하이브리드 웹앱 기반의 관광 추천시스템을 제안한다. 이 제안 시스템은 SNS 관광정보와 관광객의 지각적 가치가 행동의도에 반영되는 실증적 분석 정보를 하이브리드 웹앱 기반의 관광 추천시스템에 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 관광 추천을 위한 지각된 가치가 적용된 관광 행동의도는 첫째, SNS 관광 정보가 지각적 가치에 미치는 요인, 둘째, 행동 의도에 지각적 가치에 미치는 요인, 셋째, 행동 의도가 SNS 관광 정보에 미치는 요인으로 제시하였다. 이 세 가지 요인들은 본 논문에서 제시한 하이브리드 웹앱 기반의 관광 추천시스템에서 사용자에게 관광 정보를 추천 제공하는 데 결정적인 정보를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안 방식에 따라 정보를 분석 수집하는데 설문지를 통해 변수를 선정하였고, 연령대를 20대를 대상으로 하였다. 이러한 정보를 근간으로 하이브리드 웹앱 기반의 적용할 수 있도록 시스템을 제시한다. 본 제안 시스템은 SNS에서 수집할 수 있는 관광 정보와 관광객이 평소에 지각하고 있던 가치와 사람의 행동에서 나타나는 의도를 수집 분석하여 관광 추천시스템에 적용하였다. 이는 기존에 활용되던 초고속 유무선 네트워크를 중심으로 운영되는 다양한 분야의 관광플랫폼에 SNS중심 관광 정보, 지각된 가치 및 행동의도에 대한 연관성을 분석하고 매핑하여, 실증적 정보를 제공한다. 이로써 기존에 있던 관광지 추천에 대한 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
This paper proposes a hybrid web app-based tourism recommendation system using tourism behavior information applied with perceived value. The proposed system applied SNS tourism information and empirical analysis information reflecting the perceived value of tourists in their behavior to the hybrid web app-based tourism recommendation system. The degree of tourism behavior applied with perceptual value for tourism recommendation presented in this paper was first, the factors of SNS tourism information on perceptual value, second, the factors on perceptual value of action intention, and third, the factors of action intent on SNS tourism information. The three factors are aimed at presenting crucial information in recommending tour information to users in the hybrid web app-based tourism recommendation system presented in this paper. In this paper, variables were selected through questionnaires in analyzing and collecting information according to the proposed method, and the age group was targeted at those in their 20s. It presents a system to apply this information based on a hybrid web app. The proposed system was applied to the tourism recommendation system by collecting tourist information that can be collected from SNS and analyzing the value of tourists being late and their intentions that appear in human behavior. This provides empirical information by analyzing and mapping the associations of SNS-based tourism information, perceived values and behavior to tourism platforms in various fields operated around the previously used high-speed wired and wireless networks. This will maximize the effectiveness of the existing recommendations for tourist attractions.
