Abstract
본 연구는 청각장애인의 자기효능감이 행복감에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 장애수용의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 구축한 ‘장애인고용패널조사’ 제2차 웨이브 제6차년도 조사(2021)에 참여한 청각장애인의 조사데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 청각장애인의 자기효능감이 장애수용에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청각장애인의 자기효능감이 행복감에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청각장애인의 자기효능감과 행복감의 관계를 장애수용이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 청각장애인의 행복감 증진을 위하여 자기효능감 및 장애수용과 관련한 논의를 하였으며, 이에 필요한 지원방안을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-efficacy on the happiness of hearing impaired people and the mediating effect of disability acceptance in these relationships. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the data of hearing impaired people who participated in the 6th year survey (2021) of the second wave of the ‘Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED)’ constructed by the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (KEAD) was used and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the self-efficacy of hearing impaired people had a significant positive effect on the disability acceptance. Second, it was found that the self-efficacy of hearing impaired people had a significant positive effect on happiness. Third, it was found that disability acceptance partially mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and happiness of hearing impaired people. Based on results of this study, we discused self efficacy and disability acceptance in order to promote the happiness of hearing impairment, and suggested necessary support measures.
