Local currency is recognized as a local economy revitalization or local community. However, local money is made up of a means of realizing local communities. In particular, the paradigm of the village community is changing to resident-centered living autonomy and resident autonomy, which predicts a fundamental change in the way local currency is performed. Local government-led local economy activation is required to be reorganized and developed into a leading community in which the village community solves problems of the local economy together. However, in the era of resident autonomy, when village communities become commonplace and the types of communities become diversified, it is not desirable to inform citizens of local currency, which is a policy of activating the local economy, to use. Therefore, in this paper, we present a platform for suppliers, marketers, consumers, etc. that constitutes the community based on local currency management plans in terms of village communities. This proposed platform model provides an ICT-based integrated local currency service to integrate and operate local information resources of the government, local governments, and related companies so that regional economic communities can be formed based on the income generation of local residents. When the platform proposed in this paper is serviced, it has the following advantages. First, as a management strategy that simultaneously creates social values ​​in the process of creating economic values ​​among members of the community, shared values ​​are created with each other. Second, it is possible to interact economically and socially with the community by integrating fragmented information of community members. Third, the interaction between individuals and communities changes into common interests in terms of revitalizing the local economy.
