전염성 질병인 코로나 19가 확산됨에 따라 국제 사회에서 확산 방지 및 효율적인 대응을 위한 사회적 기술 요구가 증대되고 있다. 국제 사회뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 ICT를 활용한 코로나 19 방역을 위한 다양한 기술이 개발되고 적용되고 있다. 본 논문은 현재 국내에서 실행 중인 질병 방지 대응 체계 중 QR코드 기반의 전자출입명부 시스템의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 실내위치 측위 분야에서 활용되는 비콘을 이용한 비콘 기반의 전자출입명부를 제안한다. 비콘 기반의 전자출입명부는 기존 관리자와 사용자가 1대1로 진행되었던 전자출입명부 방식에서 벗어나 비콘의 무선 통신 기술을 활용하여 사용자가 시설 이용 시 사용자의 위치 정보를 서버에 전송하는 방식으로 관리자의 접근을 최소화한 비콘 기반의 전자출입명부이다. 이 서비스를 통해 단체 사용자는 다중 시설 이용 시 기존 출입명부 방식보다 빠른 전자출입명부 작성이 가능하고, 관리자는 사용자 인증에 소비되는 업무를 감소시킬 수 있다.
According to spreading COVID 19 extensively, it needs increasingly the social technology for dealing with prevention of spread efficiently. Our country as well as international community has developed various technologies for COVID 19 quarantine and adopted them to various circumstances. This paper proposes a electronic access control service using beacon utilized for indoor positioning, in order to overcome disadvantages QR-based electronic access control services that are introduced for COVID prevention. The proposed service enables to minimize the access of the manager to the electronic control service by that users send directly their location information to the sever with beacon. Accordingly, the proposed service avoids one-to-one correspondence between the manager and the user of existing schemes for pandemic quarantine. The proposed service makes possible quick completion of entry list when a number of users access a place simultaneously. Also it enables to minimize the task of the manager for user access controls.
