Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Communication Compe- tence of Nurses in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals on Clinical Competence

Abstract
본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 긍정심리자본, 의사소통능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 일반적 특성 및 임상수행능력의 차이를 검증한 결과 연령, 교육수준, 결혼상태, 종교, 직위, 급여, 현 부서 근무경력, 총 임상경력에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 긍정심리자본, 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 긍정심리자본은 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력과 통계적으로 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 의사소통능력은 임상수행능력과 통계적으로 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 즉, 긍정심리자본과 의사소통능력이 높아지면 임상수행능력도 커지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 중소병원 간호사의 임상수행능력에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 긍정심리자본과 의사소통능력이 임상수행능력에 유의하게 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 즉, 긍정심리자본과 의사소통능력이 높을수록 임상수행능력이 커지는 것으로 나타났고, 의사소통능력이 더욱더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 57.3% 설명력을 나타냈다.
This study is a descriptive research study to find out the factors that affect the clinical competence ability of nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals. As a result of verifying the difference between general characteristics and clinical competence ability, there were significant differences in age, education level, marital status, religion, position, salary, current department work experience, and total clinical experience. As a result of analyzing the correlation between positive psychological capital, communication ability, and clinical competence ability of the subject, positive psychological capital showed a statistically significant positive correlation with communication ability and clinical competence ability, and communication ability showed a statistically significant positive correlation with clinical competence ability. In other words, it was found that the higher the positive psychological capital and communication ability, the greater the Clinical competence ability. As a result of conducting hierarchical multiple regression analysis to identify the factors affecting the clinical competence ability of small and medium-sized hospital nurses, it was found that positive psychological capital and communication ability were significantly higher in clinical competence ability. In other words, the higher the positive psychological capital and communication ability, the greater the clinical competence ability, the greater the communication ability, and the 57.3% explanatory power.
