Abstract

ChatGPT와 같은 인공지능 기술의 발달로 최근 대학에서의 비전공자를 위한 AI 교육과정 역시 변화가 필요하다. ChatGPT 사용을 이해하고 활용하기 위해서는 명확한 이론적 틀을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 예체능 계열의 AI 교육과정 설계에 앞서 ChatGPT 효과적 활용에 대한 사용의도를 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 예술계 학생들의 ChatGPT의 도입 가능성과 학생들의 지속적인 사용의도를 파악하기 위해 기술수용모델 이론 및 기술 수용에 미치는 내용을 중점으로 외부변수를 추가하여 연구 모형을 설정하고 이들 간의 영향에 대한 8가지 가설을 세웠다. 연구 결과로 개인의 혁신성과 사용의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 제외한 대부분의 다른 요인들이 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서,ChatGPT 활용에 있어 개인의 혁신성에 초점을 맞추어 수업을 진행하는 것보다는 AI 인식, 정보지원품질, 사용용이성, 사용유용성, 사용만족을 향상시킬 수 있도록 설계해야 지속적 사용에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다.

With the development of artificial intelligence technology such as ChatGPT, the AI curriculum for non-major students in recent universities also needs to change. It is important to understand a clear theoretical framework to understand and utilize the use of ChatGPT. To this end, it is necessary to identify the intention to use ChatGPT effectively before designing an AI curriculum for arts and sports. This study added external variables, focusing on the theory of the technology acceptance model and its effect on technology acceptance, in order to understand the possibility of introducing ChatGPT to students in the arts and their intention to continue using it. Then, a research model was set up and 8 hypotheses about the effects between them were established. As a result of the study, most of the other factors, except for the hypothesis that would affect individual innovation and intention to use, were found to be consistent. Therefore, in the use of ChatGPT, it should be designed to improve Awareness of AI, quality of information support, ease of use, usefulness of use, satisfaction with use rather than focusing on individual innovation to have a positive impact on continuous use.
