Abstract
본 연구는 빠르게 디지털화되는 의료 환경에서 간호사의 전문직 정체성 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해, 간호사의 셀프리더십과 디지털 헬스리터러시가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구는 서술적 조사연구로, G*Power 3.1.9.4 프로그램을 이용하여 산출된 표본 수를 기반으로 편의 표집된 165명의 병원 간호사를 대상으로 하였다. 설문지를 통해 인구사회학적 특성, 셀프리더십, 디지털 헬스리터러시, 간호전문직관에 관한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-검정, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 셀프리더십, 디지털 헬스리터러시, 간호전문직관은 서로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다(r=.395~.610). 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 간호전문직관에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 셀프리더십이었고(β=.471, p<.001), 다음으로 디지털 헬스리터러시(β=.265, p<.001) 순이었다. 또한, 병상 수가 200~300개 미만인 병원에 근무하는 경우 간호전문직관이 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다(β=-.323, p<.01). 본 연구는 간호사의 셀프리더십과 디지털 헬스리터러시가 간호전문직관 형성에 중요한 영향을 미치는 주요 예측 변수임을 확인하였다. 이는 디지털 의료 환경에서 간호사의 전문직 정체성을 공고히 하기 위해서는 개인 차원의 자기 주도적 리더십과 디지털 역량을 강화하는 교육 및 조직적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.
This study was conducted to identify factors influencing the formation of nurses' professional identity in the rapidly digitalizing healthcare environment, aiming to confirm the effects of nurses' self-leadership and digital health literacy on nursing professionalism perception. The study was a descriptive survey research, targeting 165 hospital nurses who were conveniently sampled based on the sample size calculated using the G*Power 3.1.9.4 program. Data on socio-demographic characteristics, self-leadership , digital health literacy , and nursing professionalism perception were collected via questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program with frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that nurses' self-leadership, digital health literacy, and nursing professionalism perception had significant positive correlations with each other (r=.395~.610). The hierarchical multiple regression revealed that the most influential factor on nursing professionalism perception was self-leadership (β=.471, p<.001), followed by digital health literacy (β=.265, p<.001). Furthermore, working in a hospital with 200 to less than 300 beds was found to be significantly associated with lower nursing professionalism perception (β=-.323, p<.01). This study confirmed that nurses' self-leadership and digital health literacy are significant predictors influencing the formation of nursing professionalism perception. This suggests that to solidify nurses' professional identity in the digital healthcare environment, educational and organizational support to enhance individual-level self-directed leadership and digital competencies is necessary.
