Abstract
본 논문은 젤네일 경화조건 미세구조분석과 마이크로향기캡슐에 대한 연구이다. 젤네일의 경화조건에 따른 미세구조분석을 위하여 UV, LED 램프를 통해 경화된 젤을 제조하고 물의 접촉각 측정(Water contact angle), FT-IR 분석, AFM, SEM, DSC 분석을 통하여 미세구조의 변화 분석을 시도하였다. 그 결과 UV경화 조건에서는 젤네일 콜로이드 입자가 서로 연결되어 커다란 산맥의 형태로 연결되어 있었으며, LED 경화 조건에서는 젤네일 콜로이드가 서로 미세하게 연결되어 긴 고랑 모양으로 형성됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 젤네일의 경화조건 미세구조분석을 성공적으로 분석한 후, 마이크로향기캡슐의 제조 및 응용연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 레몬향이 포함된 마이크로캡슐을 제조한 후, 이 마이크로캡슐을 젤네일 콜로이드 용액에 첨가하여 레몬향이 포함된 젤네일의 제조하였다. 먼저 레몬향 에멜젼은 W/O 형태로 제조하였으며, shell 물질은 멜라민 고분자를 사용하였다. 레몬향 에멀젼의 크기는 2 ㎛ 크기임을 OM 및 DLS평가를 통하여 확인 할 수 있었으며 멜라민 고분자 벽을 갖은 기능성 마이크로캡슐의 크기는 5∼6 ㎛ 크기를 갖은 Core-shell 구조임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이 기능성 젤네일 코팅 용액을 PS 기판에 코팅 후, UV 및 LED 경화를 수행한 후, AFM으로 표면 미세구조 변화를 분석한 결과 마이크로향기캡슐이 포함된 기능성 젤네일 코팅용액이 성공적으로 제조됨을 확인하였다.
This paper is a study on microstructural analysis of gel nail curing conditions and micro fragrance capsules. To analyze the microstructure according to the curing conditions of gel nails, gels cured using UV and LED lamps are manufactured and changes in microstructure are measured through water contact angle measurement, FT-IR analysis, AFM, SEM, and DSC analysis. An analysis was attempted. As a result, it was found that under UV curing conditions, the gel nail colloid particles were connected to each other in the form of a large mountain range, and under LED curing conditions, the gel nail colloid particles were finely connected to each other to form a long furrow shape. In addition, after successfully analyzing the microstructure of gel nail curing conditions, we conducted research on the manufacture and application of micro-fragrance capsules. First, microcapsules containing lemon scent were prepared, and then these microcapsules were added to the gel nail colloid solution to prepare gel nails containing lemon scent. First, the lemon scented emulsion was manufactured in W/O form, and melamine polymer was used as the shell material. It was confirmed through OM and DLS evaluation that the size of the lemon scented emulsion was 2 ㎛, and the size of the functional microcapsules with melamine polymer walls was confirmed to be a core-shell structure with a size of 5 to 6 ㎛. After coating this functional gel nail coating solution on a PS substrate, performing UV and LED curing, and analyzing the change in surface microstructure using AFM, it was confirmed that the functional gel nail coating solution containing micro-fragrance capsules was successfully manufactured.
