Abstract

본 연구는 간호대학생의 그릿, 긍정심리자본, 셀프리더십이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 중재 전략 수립에 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 간호대학생 171명이었으며, 2025년 9월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 자가보고식 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 간호전문직관은 그릿, 긍정심리자본, 셀프리더십과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 다중회귀분석에서 셀프리더십과 그릿이 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 이들 변수의 설명력은 30.3%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 향상을 위해 셀프리더십과 그릿을 증진할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

This study examined the effects of grit, positive psychological capital, and self-leadership on nursing professionalism among nursing students, and sought to provide foundational data for the development of intervention strategies to enhance nursing professionalism. The participants were 171 nursing students, and data were collected through a self-administered online survey from September 1 to September 20, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0. The results showed that nursing professionalism was significantly and positively correlated with grit, positive psychological capital, and self-leadership. In the multiple regression analysis, self-leadership and grit were identified as significant predictors of nursing professionalism. These variables explained 30.3% of the variance in nursing professionalism. These findings suggest that educational programs designed to enhance self-leadership and grit are needed to improve nursing professionalism among nursing students.
