본 연구는 장애인의 재난대처지식 실태를 파악하고 재난대처지식에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 분석을 위해 2018년 사회조사 데이터를 활용하였으며, 장애인 2,049명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 재난대처지식은 재난 및 응급상황별 행동요령, 소화기 사용법, 인공호흡 및 심폐소생술 방법의 세가지 영역에 대한 지식으로 구분하였으며 다음과 같은 분석결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 연령, 성별, 지역, 교육수준, 건강상태, 혼인상태, 가족관계 만족도는 재난 및 응급상황별 행동요령에 대한 지식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령, 성별, 지역, 교육수준, 건강상태, 혼인상태, 가족관계 만족도, 안전인식은 소화기 사용법에 대한 지식과 인공호흡 및 심폐소생술 방법에 대한 지식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 장애인의 재난대응능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 개입방안을 마련함에 있어 고려되어야 할 요인들을 보여주고 있다.
This study examined the status of disaster response knowledge of people with disability and analyzed factors affecting disaster response knowledge. This study used Social Survey data of year 2018 for the analyses and analyzed a sample of 2,049 people with disability. Disaster response knowledge was composed of three parts including knowledge about action plan by situation in case of disaster and an emergency, knowledge about using a fire extinguisher, and knowledge about using artificial respiration and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and the analyses revealed the following results. First, age, gender, region, education level, health status, and satisfaction with family relationship significantly affected knowledge about action plan by situation in case of disaster and an emergency. Second, age, gender, region, education level, health status, satisfaction with family relationship, and safety perception significantly affected knowledge about using a fire extinguisher and knowledge about using artificial respiration and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. Results of this study suggested that there are factors that should be considered in planning interventions for improving disaster response capability among people with disability.
