Abstract

최근 인공지능 기술의 발전, 디지털 학습환경의 변화, 사회·경제적 불확실성 등 급변하는 사회적 맥락 속에서 대학생들은 다양한 진로과제에 직면하고 있다. 이로인해 자기주도적 진로계획과 적응역량이 요구되며 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 심리적 자원과 환경적 자원의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생의 성장마인드셋이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이 관계에서 그릿과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2024년 9월 10부터 11월 12일까지 총 216명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였으며 SPSS 23.0을 활용해 기술통계, 상관분석, 독립표본 t-검정, 다중회귀분석 및 Process macro의 Model 4를 적용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 성장마인드셋은 진로적응성에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 성장마인드셋과 진로적응성 간의 관계에서 그릿이 유의미한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 사회적 지지는 성장마인드셋의 효과를 더욱 강화하는 조절적 환경 요인으로 작용하였다. 사회적 지지가 높을수록 성장마인드셋이 진로적응성에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 통하여 대학생의 진로결정 수준을 향상시키기 위한 비교과 교육프로그램 개발과 심리적·환경적 자원의 통합적 접근이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

In the context of rapidly changing social environments including advancements in artificial intelligence, transformations in digital learning environments, and socioeconomic uncertainty university students are facing increasingly complex career-related challenges. These circumstances demand enhanced self-directed career planning and adaptability, highlighting the importance of both psychological and environmental resources. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the effect of growth mindset on career adaptability among university students and to investigate the mediating effects of grit and social support in this relationship. Data were collected from 216 university students through a survey conducted between September 10 and November 12, 2024. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, employing descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, independent samples t-test, multiple regression analysis, and Process Macro Model 4. The results revealed the following: First, growth mindset had a significant positive effect on career adaptability. Second, grit was found to significantly mediate the relationship between growth mindset and career adaptability. Third, social support served as a moderating environmental factor that strengthened the effect of growth mindset on career adaptability; in other words, the higher the level of social support, the stronger the influence of growth mindset on career adaptability. These findings suggest that an integrative approach encompassing both psychological and environmental resources is essential for enhancing students' career adaptability. The study provides foundational data for the development of systematic career education programs aimed at improving university students’ career decision-making competence.
