The Effects of Career Decision Motivation and Intrapersonal Intelligence of Adolescent Counseling Majors on Counselor Self-Efficacy

Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 청소년 상담전공자의 진로결정동기와 자기성찰지능이 상담자 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2018년 6월부터 9월까지 총 263명의 상담전공자에게 설문을 실시하여 최종 청소년 상담전공자 115명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, t-test와 일원분산분석, 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 청소년 상담전공자의 진로결정동기는 상담자 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위변인 중 내적동기가 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년상담전공자의 자기성찰지능은 상담자 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위변인 중 자기조절 및 정서활용, 자기반성이 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담자 자기효능감을 높이기 위해 내적 역량을 강화할 수 있는 체계적인 교육과 프로그램 개발 및 제도적 접근의 필요성을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of career decision motivation and intrapersonal intelligence of adolescent counseling majors on counselor self-efficacy. The survey targeting 263 counseling majors was conducted from June to September 2018, and data from 115 adolescent counseling majors were analyzed. The analyses were carried out with SPSS 18.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The results showed that 1. career decision motivation of adolescent counseling majors significantly influenced counselor self-efficacy, and internal motivation showed most significant influence among the sub-factors, 2. intrapersonal intelligence of adolescent counseling majors also influenced counselor self-efficacy, and self-control & utilising, and self-reflection showed significant influence among the sub-factors. The study also suggested the necessity of the systematic education program and the institutional approach to strengthen the inner capacity for developing counselor self-efficacy.
